JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court on account of non- consideration of Ext.P1 representation submitted before the Tahsildar, Devikulam. According to the petitioner, a mistake has been occurred while effecting mutation. Petitioner relies on Ext.P4 report of the Village Officer. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
3. Considering the pendency of Ext.P1, there shall be a direction to 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and as well as the affected parties. Needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
