Petitioner has approached this Court on account of delay in considering S.M.No.428 of 2014 pending before the first respondent. Petitioner seeks an early disposal of the above proceeding.
2. Learned Government Pleader submits that there are several applications for issuance of purchase certificate pending and petitioner's request cannot be accepted for considering the application out of turn.
3. Petitioner claims to be a senior citizen. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to expedite the proceedings in S.M.No.428 of 2014 and finalise the proceedings within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
