The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-implementation of Ext.P3 order. 2. The petitioner had filed an application for temporary permit, which was rejected as per Ext.P2. The petitioner took up the matter before the Tribunal, which passed Ext.P3. By an interim order dated 17.07.2014 the Tribunal directed issuance of temporary permit for a period of four months. The appeal is pending before the Appellate Tribunal. The petitioner shall be free to agitate the cause before the Tribunal. No positive directions can be issued from this Court at this point of time.
Writ petition is dismissed leaving open the remedies available to the petitioner.
