JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2. Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.954/2014 of the Attingal Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 463, 465, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12(1)(b) of Passport Act, 1967.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he had obtained one passport in the name of one Salahudeen by producing false documents, made use of the same as genuine and had worked at abroad for 15 years by making use of that passport. Over and above that false passport, he had obtained one more passport in his real name. Thereafter, suppressing all these facts, he had presently applied for another passport.
4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned B.A.6889 of 2014 2 Public Prosecutor. The contents of the C.D. Prima facie reveal the complicity of the petitioner. The investigation has a long way to go. Matters being so, I am of the view that this is not a fit case wherein the powers conferred on this Court, under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, can be invoked.
In the result, this Bail Application is dismissed.
