JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer for transfer put in by the petitioner husband is not being opposed by the respondent wife. Therefore O.P. No. 139/2014 on the file of the Family Court, Ettumanoor is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Ernakulam.
2. The Transferee Court shall issue notice to the parties and take the proceedings to a logical end soon.
The Transfer Petition is disposed of.
