By means of the present public interest litigation, the petitioner has come up before this court for a direction to the concerned competent authority, namely, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, who is ceased with the case under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 registered as case no. T2017155156015097.
Considering the order-sheet of the case in the matter it is hereby directed that the competent authority shall dispose of the matter with strict adherence to the procedure prescribed, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of the order.
