The petitioner has submitted Ext.P3 application for assigning building number to a construction effected by him. He complains that no orders have been passed thereon till date. The petitioner therefore seeks the issue of appropriate directions for the consideration of Ext.P3. Adv.K.M.Firoz appears for the respondents. In view of the limited relief sought, this writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider Ext.P3 application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of one month of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
