The petitioner submitted Ext.P1 complaint alleging that the third respondent is constructing a shed without obtaining any permission from the Panchayat. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no action has been taken on Ext.P1 complaint by the Panchayat.

Having adverted to the facts and circumstances of this case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and the third respondent. Appropriate orders shall be passed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. This writ petition is disposed of as above.
