After advancing his arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he wants to withdraw the Criminal Revision Petition with liberty to raise all the objections in the Civil Suit, pending in O.S.No.53 of 1999, on the file of the Sub-Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the submission, the learned Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this Criminal Revision Petition. In view of the same, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
