The sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Suit No.
135 of 1994 (Rajamani Singh vs. Markandey Singh & others) under Section 229B of the U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Suit No. 135 of 1994 be decided within a period of one year from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
