JUDGMENT / ORDER

ub Today, when the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission and the endorsement made in the Civil Revision Petition, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
