Mr.K.P.Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State submitted that the order dated 13.10.2011, passed by this Court (Coram:R.H.Shukla,J.) requires some more clarification, and therefore, he shall move the registry for placement of this matter before the appropriate Court for clarification / modification / alternation of the order dated 13.10.2011 and for that purpose, seeks time. S.O. to 13.04.2012.
