There is some confusion in the drafting of prayer as well as filing of the original copy of the order aggrieved by which the petitioner intend to institute this writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with better pleadings and prayer.
2. Permission is granted.
3. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
