From the record, it appears that the petitioner has moved an application before the authority concerned through registered post.
Learned Standing Counsel submitted that the petitioner may move a fresh application in person before the authority concerned.
Under such circumstances, it is being directed that if the petitioner moves an application raising his grievance before the respondents-authorities then the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
With these observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
