JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing , the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are inclined to appear before the trial R.MAHADEVAN, J.
sr Court and therefore, the condition order passed by this Court dated 21.07.2016 does not survive.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the respondents. Both the parties agreed for a direction to dispose of the case in DVA No.6 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible.
3. Under these circumstances, the Judicial Magistrate, Palladam is directed to dispose of the case in DVA No.6 of 2016, on day-to-day basis on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Crl.M.Ps are closed.
