Raja vs Hasumatiben

This Application has been filed for fixing an early date of hearing of the above First Appeal.

In view of the fact that First Appeal itself is of the year 2011, which has been admitted vide order dated 22.04.2011 and considering the pendency of old matters, no order can be passed for fixing early date of hearing of the main matter.

Hence, the present application stands rejected at this stage.
