JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Sonu Kumar Tiwari, counsel for the applicant no. 1 and Sri Deepak Kumar Jaiswal, counsel for opposite party no. 2, and learned A.G.A for the State are present.
Perusal of the records shows that the applicants have not complied with the order dated 10.12.2015 of this Court and have not deposited the amount of Rs.15,000/- before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court, their stay / interim order dated 10.12.2015, is hereby vacated.
