Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
Petitioner has made following prayers:-
(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide stay application dated 6.10.2020 which is filed by the petitioner before him along with Appeal No. 403 of 2020 (Raja Ram Yadav vs. State of U.P.) under Section 6 of Utter Pradesh Control of Gundas Act, 1970 within a time as is stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
(ii) issue a suitable writ, order or direction upon the learned court below as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.
Without entering into merit of the case we direct the Authority concerned, who has jurisdiction, to decide the Appeal No. 403 of 2020 (Raja Ram Yadav vs. State of U.P.) on or before 28.2.2021 as his externment period would get over on 31.3.2021.
With the aforesaid observations, petition is disposed of.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners along with a self attested identity proof of the said person (s) (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number (s) to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
