Heard counsel for the parties.
This Review Application has been filed on 5th December, 2009 and was reported to be beyond time by 195 days. The explanation furnished for the delay in approaching this Court is that the petitioner could not manage the money as he is an unemployed person and has no source of income. Although the reason does not appeal to the Court inasmuch as Court Fees of Rs.5 was only required to be filed but having regard to the fact that the petitioner is a poor person, the Court thinks it proper to condone the delay.
However, we find no good ground to review the order passed by the Division Bench on 31.10.2007.
The Review Application is, accordingly, rejected.
