After hearing at some length, learned counsel for applicant contends that after rejection of applicant's Criminal Appeal No. 6020 of 2017 under Section 14A-2 of SC/ST Act, present bail application is legally not maintainable and be dismissed as not pressed. He will seek his remedy in accordance with law.
