The criminal original petition has been filed for seeking to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.11 of 2017 on the M.S.RAMESH.J, nl/rm file of the respondent police to the CBCID, Salem City, Salem District.
2.When the matter is called, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the charge sheet has filed on 31.07.2017, before the Mahila Court, Salem.
3.In view of the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, the prayer sought for in the petition has become infructuous.
