The instant modification application has been filed for modifying the order dated 27.08.2021 for deleting the word "local" in line no. 8, paragraph no.5 of the order dated 27.08.2021.
Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant is permanent resident of District Bhind, State of Madhya Pradesh and he has no relative or acquaintes at District Kanpur to furnish local sureties on account of which, the applicant cannot be enlarged on bail and prays to delete the word "local" in line no.8, paragraph no.5 of the order dated 27.08.2021.
In view of above, the modification application is allowed.
The word "local" stands deleted in line no.8, paragraph no.5 of the order dated 27.08.2021.
