JUDGMENT / ORDER

After a detailed and elaborate arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.Recording the endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
3.The learned Counsel for petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to dispense with the presence of the petitioner before lower Court.
4.Considering the nature of the case, presence of the petitioner before the Trial Court is dispensed with unless and until, his appearance is specifically required by an order of Court.
5.Consequently, Crl.M.P.(MD) Nos.8024 and 8025 of 2017 are closed.
