2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 12.05.2017 seeking consideration of his claim for transportation of Pamini Fetilizers, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame.
3. Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2017, in accordance with alw.
4. Mr.L.P.Shanmuga Sundaram, learned Special Government http://www.judis.nic.inPleader appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
