This writ petition has been filed praying for issuing order in the nature of certiorari quashing the F.I.R. dated 16.7.2021 as Case Crime no. 217 of 2021, under Sections376, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Kotwali, District Basti.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that cause of filing present writ petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been arrested, therefore, the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said persons (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
