Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The sole submission of counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Gorakhpur to decide the Case No.2516 of 2011 (Raj Sudhar Kanaujiya vs. Kamruddin and others) which is pending since 2011.
In view of aforesaid, the petition is disposed of by directing the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Gorakhpur to decide the Case No.2516 of 2011 (Raj Sudhar Kanaujiya vs. Kamruddin and others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
