We have heard learned A.G.A. for the State.
We have perused the report of CJM, Hamirpur dated 28.8.2018, which shows that the appellant no.1 Rajpal has expired on 13.8.1988 and appellant no.2, Baggan alias Jagroop Singh has expired twenty years back. The relevant documents in support of the said death have been annexed with the report of the C.J.M. concerned.
In view of the aforesaid the appeal on behalf of both the appellants Rajpal and Baggan alias Jagroop Singh stands abated.
Accordingly, the appeal on behalf of both the appellants Rajpal and Baggan alias Jagroop Singh is being dismissed as having abated.
Let a copy of this order be certified to the court concerned for necessary consequential action.
As per office report dated 26.7.2019 lower court record has been received,the same be sent back to the court concerned for necessary consequential action.
