Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 13.12.2007, passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kerana, Muzaffarnagar in Original Suit No. 185 of 2007 and the order dated 17.2.2009 passed by Upper District Judge, Court No. 2, Muzaffarnagar in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 120 of 2007.
While entertaining the present petition, this Court had directed to maintain status-quo over the property in question. The suit is of the year 2007.
I consider it appropriate to dispose off the present petition with a direction that in the event the Suit No. 185 of 2007 is still pending, the same may be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law. If the suit is still pending the interim order, granted by this Court, shall remain in operation till the decision of the suit.
