The petitioners' contention is that after proceedings under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 were initiated against them, they were not being allowed to enter the plots in question and, therefore, a prayer has been made that the proceedings under section 67 of the Code may be expedited.
Under such circumstances, it is being directed that the respondent no.2-Collector/District Magistrate, Kasganj shall decide the Case No.00314/2018 (Computer Case No.D-201818750000314) (Tota Ram Vs. Raj Pal & Ors.) within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
