Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ram Babu Yadav for the Gaon Sabha, respondent no.14.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the Case No.1584 of 2016, Computer Case No.T20161667051584, (Raj Nath Vs. Gujana Devi and others), under Section 24 of Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 2006 pending in the Court of Up Ziladhikari Bhadohi, Tehsil Bhadohi, Ditrict Bhadohi within stipulated period in accordance with law."
It has been stated that a proceeding under the U.P. Land Revenue Act for demarcation, instituted by the petitioner is pending consideration since the year 2006.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Up Ziladhikari Bhadohi, Tehsil Bhadohi, Ditrict Bhadohi to consider and decide the case of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
