In response to the order dated 13.10.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 22237 of 2018 fair investigation has already been done and final report has already been submitted to the competent Court.
In the facts and circumstances, the Court is of the opinion that substantial compliance has been ensure in the matter and the cause for filing of the contempt application no more survives.
Consequently, the contempt application is disposed of. Notice if any stands discharged.
