The instant petition is directed against the order dated 22.7.2019, whereby the trial court, in course of deciding Original No.1065 of 1991, has rejected the application 184 Ga filed by the defendant-petitioner for summoning settlement map of the year 1979-1980.
In the opinion of the Court, the order impugned is purely interlocutory in nature and does not warrant scrutiny at this stage in exercise of supervisory power under Article 227 of the Constitution. The petitioner can challenge the impugned order alongwith the final order that is passed in the suit. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
