The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.326 of 2011, expeditiously.
Counsel for the petitioner states that proceedings of the suit got held up, as the original record of the trial court was summoned in appeal filed against the order of temporary injunction. He further states that the appeal has now been decided and the record has been sent back to the trial court.
In view of the above facts, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
