The petitioner is before this Court assailing the order dated 23.2.2010 passed by the Tehsildar/Assistant Collector, District Ghazipur and for direction to the respondents not to dispossess him from the land in question.
Once the Court has declined to interfere in the matter, then learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
