After an order was passed on 4.10.2017 by which the application of the petitioner under Section 41 was disposed of, the respondents have moved an application for the recall of the order and because of the pendency of the recall application, the initial order passed on 4.10.2017 is not being implemented.
It is, therefore, directed that the restoration application itself shall be decided within a period of three weeks from the next date fixed in the recall application.
The writ petition is disposed of.
