A affidavit of compliance has been filed by opposite party stating that decision in compliance of order of the Writ Court has been duly taken. A copy of the said order dated 15.2.2018 has also been annexed with the affidavit.
Counsel for the applicant does not dispute the same. Consequently, no case is made out to proceed any further against the opposite party.
