JUDGMENT / ORDER

Application alongwith affidavit filed on behalf of opposite party no. 4 is taken on record.
The petitioner, Raj Kumari has been produced before the Court. Her medical examination is required for determination of her age.
It has been pointed out that the petitioner, Raj Kumari is detained at present at Nari Niketan, Allahabad. The Chief Medical Officer, Allahabad is directed to examine her and submit the report about her age within a week.
The personal appearance of opposite party no. 4, Man Singh is dispensed with, till further order.
List on 12.10.2010.
The rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed, in the mean time.
