Heard Sri Bhushan Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri I.P. Srivastava, learned AGA for the State.
This is an application for correction of the order dated 1.2.2018. The correction application is allowed.
1. 'Police Station Aurangabad' appearing in the fifth line of second paragraph of the aforesaid order be deleted and the same shall be read as 'Police Station Kotwali Nagar'.
2. 'State vs. Smt. Rajkumar and others' appearing in the third line of second paragraph of the aforesaid order be deleted and the same shall be read as 'State vs. Smt. Rajkumari and others'
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
