Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Present writ petition has been preferred for a direction to second respondent to consider and decide the application of the petitioner dated 24.2.2021 for compassionate appointment under Dying-in-Harness Rules in place of her unmarried brother Late Jai Lal Prajapati, who died-in-harness on 21.3.2018 while working on the post of Lekhpal.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the authority concerned to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of production of copy of this order but certainly after giving opportunity to all the stake holders in the matter.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
