Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 5; and have perused the record.
The petitioner seeks eviction of private respondents 6 and 7 from plot No.409 at village Kasari, Pargana Nawabganj, Tehsil Soraon, District Prayagraj on the ground that petitioner's name has now been mutated in the revenue records.
Mere mutation of the name in the revenue records by itself does not amount to an executable decree for possession of the property.
In view of the above, as the dispute is between private persons in respect of private property, the appropriate course for the petitioner is to take recourse to such other appropriate legal remedies, as may be advised.
Subject to above, the petition is disposed off.
