JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 34
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 52339 of 2002 Petitioner :- Smt. Raj Kumari Respondent :- Dy. Director Of Intensive Animal Husbandry Devet. Alld. &Ors Counsel for Petitioner :- S.K. Mishra,A.K. Singh,R.K.Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C,M. Goyal
Hon'ble Sudhir Agarwal,J.
1. Called in revise. None appeared on behalf of petitioner.
2. By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:
“(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the unserved order dt. 129.1996 letter No. 190.9.11 Stha/11/Niyukti/96-96 issued by respondent no. 1.
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dt. 12.9.96 passed by the Deputy Director Intensive Animal Development Project Allahabad contained in Annexure No. 17 to the writ petition.
(iii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding all the respondents give family pension to the petitioner immediately.
(iv) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to provide the petitioner the G.P.F., G.I.S. Gratuity, Leave Encashment backwages and other dues payable at the time of retirement.
(v) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 1 to produce the impugned order dt. 12.9.96 passed by respondent before this Hon'ble Court.”
3. However, I have gone through the pleadings, grounds as also reliefs sought and find that petitioner is not able to make out a case so as to justify interference of this Court by granting reliefs, as prayed for.
4. Moreover, it appears that either the cause of action no more survives or that petitioner has lost interest in this matter or it has otherwise become infructuous and, probably for this reason, none is interested to have decided this matter on merits and that is why, counsel for petitioner is absent.
5. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
