JUDGMENT / ORDER

As per order sheet, steps have not been taken by the appellant in furtherance of the orders passed on 7.8.79, 5.10.82, 22.7.83 and 8.8.83. In view of the above, this appeal is dismissed for not taking steps. Interim order, if any stands vacated.
Even otherwise this Court has taken note of the fact that this appeal arises out of a suit filed by money lender in which an amount of Rs.1,915.75p. is involved. It would not be appropriate and in the interest of justice to keep this litigation pending. There are more than 9 lakh cases awaiting disposal. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
