JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard.
By means of this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing First Information Report dated 23.12.2020 bearing FIR/Case Crime No. 0418 of 2020, under Sections- 419/420/467/468/471/409 IPC, Police Station- Kotwali Bhinga, District- Sharawasti.
From a bare perusal of the impugned FIR, it cannot be said that no cognizable offence is made out against the petitioner. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. It is accordingly dismissed, however, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to avail other remedies under Section 438/439 Cr.P.C. as the case may be, as per law.
