Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction that respondent authorities be directed to open the lock of the entry gate of house no. 71B/1/60B/1, Mahajani Tola, Allahabad which has been illegally locked by Moinuddin Beg Sub Inspector Civil Police In-charge of Police Out Post, Badshahi Mandi, Police Station Kotwali City, District Allahabad.
Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and she informs that the aforesaid Police Officer has not put any lock on the entry gate of the aforesaid house.
In view of the detail instructions received by the learned Standing Counsel, as no lock has been placed by the Sub Inspector, nothing survive in this writ petition for adjudication and the same stand disposed of.
