Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State - respondents.
By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1, the S.D.M.Sadar Varanasi to decide the objections dated 1.2.2018, 25.5.2018 and 10.12.2018 filed in partition Suit No. 4201514700111715 (Chhedi Lal vs. Dev Raj), expeditiously.
No useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1, the S.D.M.Sadar Varanasi, to decide objections dated 1.2.2018, 25.5.2018 and 10.12.2018 filed in partition Suit No. 4201514700111715 (Chhedi Lal vs. Dev Raj), in accordance with law, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
