Compassionate appointment to respondent no.4 has been granted by the authorities upon death of her husband who happened to be the brother of petitioner. This petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to cancel the appointment offered to respondent no.4 on the ground that she is not looking after the family.
Admittedly, the petitioner is a married person and was not a dependent upon his deceased brother. In such circumstances, petitioner cannot have any grievance about respondent no.4 not looking after other dependents. Writ petition is wholly misconceived and is dismissed.
