Case :- PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION (PIL) No. - 1676 of 2019 Petitioner :- Raj Kumar Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Krishna Kant Mishra Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Ashish Kumar Srivastava
Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
The petitioner impugns the order dated 2 February 2019 passed by the Assistant Collector. Pursuant to the orders passed in an earlier writ petition preferred by the petitioner in public interest directions were framed by the Court to carry out requisite procedures under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for removal of encroachments from the chakroad. From the recitals appearing in the order impugned, the Court notes that the Assistant Collector has found after due enquiry that the encroachments which were existing, have been removed. No material has been placed on the record of the writ petition to establish that the recitals that appear in the impugned order are incorrect.
In view thereof, the Court finds no ground to entertain this petition which shall stand dismissed.
