This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to direct the Learned Collector/District Magistrate Mirzapur, to decide the aforesaid recall/restoration no. 141 as well as original case no. D 2016165300299 Dileep Kumar Dubey vs. State of U.P. and another, under Section 198(4) of the U.P.Z.A. Act, within a specific period as may be prescribed by this Hon'ble Court."
It appears that in proceedings under Section 198(4) of the U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act. the allotment made in favour of the petitioner was cancelled. Against this order a restoration application filed in July, 2016 has not been finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Learned Collector/District Magistrate Mirzapur, to decide the restoration application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before the court concerned. It is also clarified that no adjournment at all whatsoever shall be granted to petitioner.
