Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing/ Commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the Case No. 2255 of 2019, Computerize Case No. T201914360302255 (Raj Kumar Vs. Gaon Sabha and others), under Section 41 of U.P. Land Revenue Act (now Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006), pending before the Respondent No.2, within time bound stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
The petitioner is aggrieved as his application for demarcation filed in the year 2015 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the demarcation application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
