Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.
The present application has been preferred to quash the charge sheet no. Nil of 2013 dated 01.08.2013 and its cognizance order dated 28.01.2014 as well as entire proceedings of Case No. 1029 of 2014(State Vs. Raj Kumar and others) arising out of N.C.R. No. 147 of 2012 under Sections 323, 504 IPC, Police Station-Katghar, District-Moradabad pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad.
I have gone through the impugned order and I find that there is no illegality or perversity either in the eye of law.
Under the circumstances, the present application is devoid of merit and is, accordingly, rejected.
